If you own a Tern GSD and put a lot of miles on it, you may have experienced the guide pulley prematurely wearing down. Tern has released a new pulley setup that looks more like a derailleur guide pulley and should wear much longer with your chain. (Don’t forget to lube and clean it!)

Replacement guide pulley part: A.07004.0094.03.00

Installing New Pulley Parts
For GSD Gen 1 S10 and S00
- 45mm bolt
- 12mm washer
- Guide wheel with u-clip installed over
- 10mm bushing
- Slide onto the frame and add grease
2. 12mm washer - M6 stainless steel nut tightened down
- 1/4 inch spring washer
- M6 locknut tightened down
For GSD Gen 2 S10
- 55mm bolt
- 12mm washer
- Slide on to frame
- 10mm bushing x2
- Guide wheel with u-clip installed over
- 12 mm washer
- Grease
- M6 stainless steel nut tightened down
- 1/4 inch spring washer
- M6 locknut tightened down
