The Urban Arrow Family is a cargo bike minivan. The Urban Arrow Family Performance model is great for starting your car trip replacement journey!
If you want to fit 3 to 4 kids on a two-wheel cargo bike or need the best-in-class infant seat attachment, you should certainly test out the Urban Arrow Family.
Due to its size, the front-loading cargo bike, also known as a bakfiets, is not for everyone. Storing or managing it in a busy or dense area can be difficult without good bike infrastructure. It is also a true car replacement, with great accessories for starting to ride with your children at a young age, transporting your dog by bike, or transporting another adult.
The two biggest competitors to the Urban Arrow Family Cargo line will be the Cargo Line version with more power, brakes, and Gates belt drive, and the Riese and Muller Packster.

Jim Van Cura –
I’ve had my UA since summer 2018 and it has just over 16k miles on the clock. I’m on my second battery, second set of tires, second chain, second shifter, third shift cable/connectors to the hub, numerous brake pads and second set disc brakes, new set of seatbelt harness, numerous tubes from flat tiers, a new set of cork grips, and a Brooks saddle. It sounds like a lot, but when you consider the abuse the bike takes in all weather year round, it performs like a rock star. the UA replaced my car and I won’t go back to driving full time. The UA, and bicycling in general, is why I enjoy my commute to work. Get a UA… you won’t be disappointed.
What’s more, I carry my two kids, I’ve carried 400+lb bags of concrete, Christmas trees, along numerous other Home Depot runs with heavy loads and so much more. I love carrying what other dudes carry with their pickups and they look at me like I’m crazy. Truth is, you don’t need a truck to get your needs met. The UA will do all the work.
