The Tern Orox is an adventure-ready cargo bike. With the ability to go through or up about anything with the 27.5 x 4″ tires and also carry a pretty heavy load, this cargo bike really blurs the lines of what the bike is capable of doing and what the rider should be doing.
If you like going off-road with your cargo bike, check out the adventure cargo bike category, which includes the Benno Boost, Riese & Muller Multicharger, Surly Big Easy, and the Xtracycle Stoker.

Orox S12 Specs
Shaun Moulds –
I have owned my Orox s12 for a few months now and have just ticked over 1,000km. I have to say it’s a lovely bike and extremely capable. The thing that I love the most about this bike is it’s go anywhere ability, I have always commuted though a forest to work but have previously had to stick to the graded trails. Now I get to take the far more fun shortcuts down the hillsides and it just eats it up.
It’s also still very capable as a family bike. I regularly carry 2 or 3 children on the bike with no issues, I even carry my wife and friends around when possible. We recently went camping on the bike, 3h riding from home with no issues at all, I took the Orox and my wife took our old GSD, between us we could carry everything we needed with our 2 and 5yo children on the Orox.
All round a very fun very capable bike.
