30 Days of Biking – Day 3 was a simple run to our local Target. Less than 3 miles round trip finished with a stop at the playground and dinner with friends!

So simple yet so powerful. I love this #30daysofbiking challenge. I get out and ride as often as I can. I got out an rode 40 miles through Boulder County on Saturday. I do not have the time to do that every day right now. And I am using this opportunity to make cycling part of my daily practice. I’m getting up a little before 5 every day and going for a short 20 minute/five mile ride. I come back, make some french press coffee and write for 30 minutes. Then I shower and get on with the rest of my day. It energizes me and prepares me to make a positive impact in the lives of those around me. Thanks for introducing me to this challenge.

Wow – that sounds like a great morning routine! I hope to get out early this weekend to catch timelapses of sunsets (fingers crossed!)

What coffee are you brewing these days, Gerald?
