Tire rot and crazy brake cable!

The tire tread separation is way scary and the bird is not wearing a helmet or in a child seat. (As a Bacchetta (recumbent) rider I’ve seen lots of brakes set this way — different but effective)

Scary worn tires separated and definitely in need of replacement; brake pads look worn need to be replaced readjusted look too high into tires. Cable routing looks correct for a mixtie.
