Just came across this post. Nice memory. Had to share. “That damn Jersey” hangs proudly in my local bike shop (Cycle Lodge – Pembroke, MA) along with the New England 35+ championship medal, and the silver medal from Master’s World CX championships!! I also had a solid 10th place finish at my first US National chanmpionship in Madison this year.
