Whether or not I wear sunscreen, depends on what time of day it is. If I ride before 10am (in NJ)/east coast), no sunblock. If I'm going to be spending a whole day out on two wheels, definitely sunblock.

If I'm out west, it's pretty much sunblock no matter what.

I generally use sunscreen if I'm going to be out for much over an hour. I tan easily and rarely burn so I'm a bit lazy about using it even through I know I should. A little sun is good for vitamin D production but too much like I've probably gotten can cause cancer.

Hi BSG, yeah it all started when @cyclelicious commented on my site about the use of sunscreen and then I took it to Twitter. We had a lot of great replies and comments.
I'm sure there have been other cycling discussions on the topic, but I'd like to hear what your readers have to say.
Keep up the great blogging.
