I was really disappointed when I tried the Keen sandals... they apparently used a Shimano sole, and don't fit anything like the other Keen shoes. They fit like narrow Shimano shoes. The same goes for their first (ugly) commuter shoe.

Luckily, they have listed to all the complaints about narrow shoes that don't fit like or look like (shoe, not sandal) a nice Keen shoe... and will be launching a true Keen SPD shoe--that fits like a Keen shoe--for both men and women in January. The shoes are based on the Keen Austin & Presidio.. but use a stiffer sole... but one actually designed and made by Keen.
